After one of the company founders was diagnosed with a rare (non contagious) incurable life threatening disseminated respiratory infection called Valley Fever (medically known as Coccidioidomycosis; a degenerative condition caused by stress or a suppressed immune system that deteriorates the body causing rapid weight loss and immobilizing effects eventually leading to death after 3 weeks if not stabilized on medication) the Rhee Fresh N Life Company took an innovative approach and became a parent company by officially opening the RNL Rhee Fresh N Life Professional Sports Agency in late 2023!
Our mission is to promote partner deals while raising the skill level and physical fitness of as many youth athletes as possible at an affordable price.

Your athletes health and safety is our top priority.
We offer proprietary athletic training and workout programs to all coaches and athletes.
Virtual training sessions as well as in person practice sessions.
All athletes are required to practice separately from the rest of the team until they complete their first 3 weeks of virtual training.
There are (3) class types based on age, and (3) different levels of intensity for parents to choose from.
We do not permit or allow athletes access to our free sports tracker until they have reached 16 years of age and are approved by their sports coach! Otherwise representatives only!

We are a Nationally Recognized Organization with Exclusive Rights to Conduct Business throughout all U.S. Territories.
Valley Fever:
Although very little is known about Valley Fever research shows that it is pockets of fungus spores found in dry deserted areas that are blown into the air affecting dogs and about 5% of affected people in the Acute, or Chronic State; and 1% of the affected human population in the Disseminated State. 95% of people do not require medical attention.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds but your purchased practice sessions are available for use as long as you have a registered athlete on file.
Athletic Training Program $99/Month
Class: Rookies (ages 5-8) - Minors (ages 9-13) - Majors (ages 14-18)
Enrollment of our proprietary athletic training program comes with (4) virtual workouts per week (excluding national holidays and recovery weeks) and (1) practice session a month taught by an experienced sports coach. Athletes are mentored and exercises are administered monthly to paid accounts and ranked weekly. Record a (30 sec.+ video clip with all athletes) of the last set of repetitions for each exercise demonstrated by your coach 4 ×'s a week and have it uploaded by the end of the week.
Opening Account Fee
$299 + 1st month = $399
Price includes first month registration, uniform form fee, (1) practice session a month for (1) athlete, portal access (to connect directly with your sports coach), and virtual training for up to (4) athletes per sport program.
New opening account fee for registering additional sports programs or for accounts that have been inactive for 12 calendar months.
Workouts
4x’s a Week
Workouts are performed virtually and can include up to (4) registered athletes.
Calisthenics Strength Training:
Athletes should not lift weights until they reach High School!
Resistance Bands are allowed!

Additional Athlete or Practice Session
($24.99)
(1) Athlete and (1) practice session included with monthly registration.
Additional practice sessions must be purchased for each additional athlete.
Additional practice sessions must also be purchased directly through your assigned Sports Coach according to their availability!
Three additional practice sessions are included during workout recovery weeks for athletes with an active monthly registration!
Register by the 14th to receive discounted practice session price of $19.99 per session, and use a reference # to receive a free practice session on us!
OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK
(EXCLUDING NATIONAL HOLIDAYS)
Workouts are to be completed within 7 days.
Recommended workout days:

Representatives have meetings and or receive updates on Tuesday and Thursday
Athletes have updates and or meetings with their sports coach every Wednesday
